Zilliax is unique to Hearthstone. It is Dr. Boom's personal bodyguard.^[2] It apparently regularly develops self-awareness and plots against its boss, and all organic life for that matter, resulting in routine reprogramming.

Trivia

Zilliax's entrance music is from the Tempest Keep dungeons in Netherstorm, the zone in which The Boomsday Project seems to take place.

Zilliax was a part of Patch 26.0.v3.final.final2.PR edit.FINAL, an April Fools 2023 prank, where keywords were announced to be removed to "make cards look more uniform and easier to understand."
