Lore
The Wyrm Weaver appears to be a Blood elf mage that handles Mana wyrms. The blood elves' affinity for mana wyrms was shown during the Burning Crusade expansion, as they used the wyrms as guardians of their mana crystals prior to 
Arthas Menethil's invasion of Quel'Thalas.
