What are the 'check' cards?[]
- Use them to check for specific secrets.
- Use them to activate combos and the like.

- Sounds like 2 was the intended meaning. I've rephrased since "check card" doesn't seem to be a very common (or especially clear) term. Currently there's only one such relevant druid card, Druid of the Fang (there are a few hunter ones), but it's likely we'll get more in the future. -- Taohinton (talk) 00:46, 30 December 2015 (UTC)
- Tinkertown Technician and Goblin Blastmage check for Mechs.
- I've watched some videos of people playing Hearthstone and I recall them using both meanings: "I'm going to check for explosive", "let's check for mirror entity first" etc., but also "I can't attack this minion with snowchugger, because the Tinkertown Technician checks for mechs and I don't have any other mechs in my hand".-- Karol007 (talk) 06:42, 30 December 2015 (UTC)
- I was referring to "Beast-check" cards, which is the focus in this case. There are certainly quite a few others. Saying that such cards "check" for board conditions is pretty common, I just wasn't sure that calling cards such as this "check cards" was widespread. -- Taohinton (talk) 02:13, 6 January 2016 (UTC)
