We need a picture of a minion with the Poison ability on the board[]
to illustrate the visual effect the minion has when on the board, just like for Taunt. -- Karol007 (talk) 12:35, 22 June 2015 (UTC)
How to handle the new "Poisonous" ability?[]
Poisonous is still a "Damage-related" effect. Thus we should either leave to the Poisonous cards the "Damage-related" tag, or we should add to the "Related cards" section of the "Damge" page a line like "Pisonous minions are not listed here (see Poisonous for a list)."
Similarly, Poisonous is still a "Destroy effect". Thus we should either leave a "Destroy" tag/ability on these cards, or we should say tables & card lists on the "Destroy" page to look for Poisonous cards too.

- Either would work, but not the current in-between muddle. I would suggest that since "Poisonous" is still a pretty rare ability, it's probably clearer to tag it explicitly as Destroy and Damage-related. This makes it easier for players to navigate to related lists and info pages. It also puts off bulking out the card lists with synonyms and exceptions. -- Taohinton (talk) 06:19, 17 March 2017 (UTC)
Unintuitive effect with Poisonous adaptation[]
With the new release video that just came out revealing all the cards, the ending video created by DisguisedToast states that there is a 33% chance that casting a Poisonous adaptation on a Wild Pyromancer will activate the Poisonous effect onto minions damaged by Wild Pyromancer's effect. There might be other edge cases, such as Knife Juggler, as someone in this wiki pointed out in an earlier day. Aegonostic (talk) 18:33, 31 March 2017 (UTC)
- I asked it at Evolving Spores' talk page because I were concerned about those minions, and because they were limited in number, and none deals random damage. TheGamer765 (talk) 18:48, 31 March 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks for that post, it seems we will have to add this info into articles now. At least for Wild Pyromancer. Feels really weird to have these non-intuitive effect with Poisonous adaptations. Aegonostic (talk) 18:58, 31 March 2017 (UTC)
- Imagine it with Ragnaros the Firelord's random effect: Deals 8 damage to it and if it wasn't enough, it will be killed instantly. TheGamer765 (talk) 19:30, 31 March 2017 (UTC)
- Just going to copy this here, to be verified in the near future for inclusion into the article:
A Knife Juggler which adapted to be Poisonous will throw poisoned daggers.

Cards[]
I think the uncollectible card Poison Spit should be added to the list of cards 79.214.110.61 08:39, 1 May 2017 (UTC)
- Adapt is a bit odd since it has so many abilities built into it. I added Poison Spit for now (good suggestion), we might change how it's organized later... - jerodast (talk) 16:07, 1 May 2017 (UTC)
