Nerub'ar Weblord[]

In the "Choose One" page, is specified that Nerub'ar Weblord doesn't effect that ability even if similar to Battlecry. What about the Combo abilities which resemble Battlecries like Ringleader and SI:7? I don't have any personal experience on that regard but if someone does it would be nice to report it on the page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.245.51.132 (talkcontribs) 10:26, 1 August 2014‎

The Weblord's effect very specifically requires the Battlecry keyword. I've added notes to both pages to make this very clear. -- Taohinton (talk) 13:21, 1 August 2014 (UTC)

For Rogues only[]

Combo is an ability where the stated effect occurs if the card is not the first one played during the turn. Cards with this ability are limited to the rogue class. Unfortunately the term is used liberally in the wiki to mean 'in combination with', not the combo effect specifically. Do we trust the users to figure that out? -- Karol007 (talk) 13:14, 2 June 2015 (UTC)

I feel like the next line, The term "combo" is also often used to refer to a sequence of cards or actions which are unleashed in quick succession, with or without Combo effects., is sufficient disambiguation. -- Taohinton (talk) 23:54, 3 June 2015 (UTC)

Malfurion the Pestilent[]

There's an unexpected interaction with the new Druid Death Knight card: using its hero power counts as playing a card for the purpose of combo activation. This is probably a bug. 99.129.132.19 11:39, 13 August 2017 (UTC)

The wiki doesn't like me including an external link as an unregistered user, but documentation of this bug can be found at reddit dot com /r/hearthstone/comments/6td0kx/death_knight_druid_hero_power_counts_as_playing_a/

Thanks for reporting this, I have added this on the page. BigHugger (talk) 13:41, 13 August 2017 (UTC)
