This section uses content from Wowpedia.- Sulfuras is the legendary hammer of the Fire Lord, Ragnaros. It is an enormous mace of flaming red elementium.
Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros is a Legendary weapon that can be crafted using Sulfuron Hammer and Eye of Sulfuras. Sulfuron Hammer is made with Essence of Fire, which is dropped by Fire Elementals around Azeroth. One of the best places to farm Fire Elementals is Fire Plume Ridge, the volcano in the center of Un'Goro Crater.
Since this weapon is merely a replica of Sulfuras rather than the real thing, that could explain why it has far less Durability than its Tavern Brawl version.

- Sulfuras also appears in the card art for
Light's Champion. - This is the third legendary weapon after Blood Fury and Ashbringer.
- This card is unusual in that its Play mode version was predated by its Tavern Brawl version, by almost two years.
