Strategy
Subdue's main uses are to turn a high stat minion to a 1/1 ensuring any minion to remove it, reduce the power of aggressive minions hitting you to prevent yourself from dying, or effectively remove any buffs from a minion.
In a pinch, Subdue can also be used to let a 0 Attack minion, like an Egg, attack an enemy, although cards like 
Blessing of Might, 
Dark Conviction, and 
Hand of A'dal are generally better at doing this.
Subdue is a powerful spell in arena as it can turn the tides of board control.
