Soul Shear is a rare warlock/demon hunter spell card, from the Scholomance Academy set.
How to get
Soul Shear can be obtained through Scholomance Academy card packs, through crafting, or as an Arena reward. Regular Soul Shear can also be obtained through the Highest Rank Bonus chest at the end of a Ranked season.

Strategy
Foremost, this is a simple nuke that shuffles two Soul Fragments into your deck. Although it cannot go face, it's a good, mana-efficient removal spell. Soul Shear is a great card to set up your Soul Fragment cards, since it secures your current tempo and can let you make tempo swings with Shardshatter Mystic, Void Drinker, and Soulciologist Malicia.
In an emergency, you can cast Soul Shear then follow it with 
Plot Twist or Glide to cycle into the shards, removing a small threat while potentially gaining 4 health.
