Notes[]
- The player going second will start with an extra card draw instead of The Coin.
- Shadow Reflection functions identically to Valeera the Hollow's Hero Power, minus the card disappearing at the end of turn. See the page for details on the mechanics of Shadow Reflection.
Strategy[]
The most powerful decks in this Tavern Brawl involve exploiting cheap cards that greatly benefit from multiple copies of. Usually this involves attack buffs and small minions to stack them with.
Classes that can dominate this Tavern Brawl include Rogue, Priest, and Druid. Rogues gain ton of synergy with cheap activators and combo cards like Cold Blood and Eviscerate to maximize damage. Priests can rapidly draw out their deck with Radiant Elemental and Power Word: Shield and finish the opponent with Inner Fire or several Mind Blasts. Druids can fill the board with 0-mana minions then use Mark of the Lotus to create a very strong board early on. Shaman murloc decks with Everyfin is Awesome is also a very powerful combo. Mages can summon multiple Sorcerer's Apprentices and greatly discounted spells to abuse cards like Mana Wyrm and Open the Waygate. Mass Mechwarpers are an all-purpose strong aggro combo.
Because you still need to draw your combo pieces, adding card draw and other cards that are not reliant on your main combo will help make your deck more consistent.
