Previous availability[]
- Before March 30, 2021, Righteousness could be obtained through Classic card packs.
Strategy[]
Even for its mana cost, Righteousness can be a very powerful card if you have many minions on the board. This will make your minions even harder to remove and less likely for your defenses to fall to area of effect spells or effects.
In Wild format, Righteousness has strong synergy with Bolvar, Fireblood.
For a great area combo, Rallying Blade is the perfect follow up.
Lore[]
Righteousness is a passive Holy paladin ability which increases their maximum health by 15%.
Trivia[]
- Righteousness was added to the Classic set in patch 14.6.0.31761 to make up for the fact that the paladin class previously had one less card available in Standard format due to
Divine Favor being moved to the Wild format in the Hall of Fame set.[1]
