Prayer of Fortitude was a basic priest spell card. It was replaced in Patch 1.0.0.3388 with 
Inner Fire, and is no longer obtainable.[1][2]
Lore[]
Prayer of Fortitude was a party/raid buff that distributed Power Word: Fortitude. It was removed at the launch of Cataclysm, and its raidwide feature was rolled into Power Word: Fortitude while the reagent cost was discarded entirely. Power Word: Fortitude increases the target's Stamina, and thus their HP, for its duration.
