In Mercenaries, rarity is used to determine how often a mercenary card and their coins would appear in a Mercenaries Pack or chosen from random coin sources. The higher the rarity is, the more unlikely those cases would happen.

There are a total of 4 rarities. Common is the only rarity which is never used by collectible mercenaries, but for uncollectible ones instead.
