Previous availability[]

Prior Year of the Gryphon's rotation on March 30, 2021:

  • Two copies of Humility were a reward for raising a paladin to level 6.
  • Two Golden copies of Humility were a reward for raising a paladin to levels 28 and 30.

Strategy[]

Think of Humility as a way to directly devalue an opponent's minion. LegacyChillwind Yeti is considered a very efficient minion for being a 4/5 at 4 cost; a 1/5 for the same cost is not nearly as useful or threatening. Humility should be saved for particularly strong minions, especially ones with Windfury or Divine Shield, or to prevent an enemy minion from killing one of your minions. It should be said that most paladin decks prefer LegacyAldor Peacekeeper to this card, as the added 3/3 body allows the user to be more liberal with the effect.
