Tavern Brawls

Tavern Brawl is the latest game mode planned for Hearthstone, planned for release mid-June.

Each week will see a new Tavern Brawl, with players able to participate in special matches with unique rules, such as requiring players to use special premade decks, or providing bonuses to specific minion types.

Tavern Brawls will be time-limited, with each unique Brawl only available for about a week. During that time, players can play as many Tavern Brawls as they like. Players will also be able to directly challenge friends to Tavern Brawls.

Tavern Brawls will be free, but will require at least one level 20 hero. Winning your first Tavern Brawl each week will reward you with a Classic card pack.
