Look at two spells. Add one to your hand or Overload: (1) to get both.
Plainsrunning will result in disqualification.
How to get[edit | edit source]
Guidance can be obtained through Madness at the Darkmoon Faire card packs, through crafting, or as an Arena reward. Regular Guidance can also be obtained through the Highest Rank Bonus chest at the end of a Ranked season.
Choice cards[edit | edit source]
Notes[edit | edit source]
- Guidance uses an interface similar to Discover, but the third choice is replaced with Spirit Path.
- Despite its functional similarity, Guidance is neither a Discover nor a Choose One card, and will not benefit from synergies affecting either ability.
Strategy[edit | edit source]
Guidance can be used to flexibly search for an answer or add extra value to your hand. It's generally a good idea to add both spells to your hand since going one for one isn't a great deal, but you can avoid it when you need all your mana next turn or the other option isn't very good.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The flavour text references Plainsrunning, an ability that was available to tauren in World of Warcraft's beta. Instead of having a racial mount, it allowed tauren to reach mount speed by running, but was found to be too cumbersome in practice and was replaced with kodos when the game went live.
