Naga Sea Witch full.jpg

Giant Hunter is a wild-exclusive hunter deck featuring The League of ExplorersNaga Sea Witch and an extensive use of giants. After a Knights of the Frozen Throne patch, Naga Sea Witch's ability applied before all other enchantments on card cost, making giants very easy to play. For example, with Naga Sea Witch, a LegacyMolten Giant costs 0 when the player is at 25 health, the LegacyMountain Giant costs 0 when the player has 5 cards in hand, etc. After a nerf to Naga Sea Witch during The Witchwood meta, Giant Hunter is no longer a prominent deck in any format, however, the deck is still playable, often setting up turn 9 lethals. The deck utilizes many tools such as LegacyTracking and Knights of the Frozen ThroneStitched Tracker to find Naga Sea Witch consistently, and The Grand TournamentKing's Elekk is very likely to draw a giant. Other Joust cards are also sometimes used.
