Corrosive Breath is similar in effect to 
Cobra Shot, a hunter spell from the Goblins vs Gnomes set. It differs in only two ways, its cost being only 2 Mana (as opposed to 5 Mana for Cobra Shot), and that the element of face damage is locked behind a dragon-related condition.
