Battlegrounds/Alexstrasza the Red is a hero skin of Battlegrounds/Alexstrasza.

Hero skins are a type of cosmetic introduced in Patch 21.0.0.88998. They replace the appearance of the player's Hero.
Functionality[]
- Every Hero has a default skin that is available to everyone.
- The player can go to the Collection manager and click/tap on the crown-like icon to view currently available heroes in Battlegrounds.
- On PC, there is a toggle to "Show All" that shows both the default skins and all other skins of heroes.
- The player can choose a hero to mark it as Favorite, which will then be used in-game whenever the player uses that hero.
- Unlike traditional hero skins, skins in Battlegrounds do not have unique voicelines, emotes, Hero Power animations or trays. They only have new unique artwork.
- Hero skins have the same shape and border as any hero.
How to get[]
Hero skins can be available for obtaining in the following ways:
- Buying bundles in the Shop
- Buying individual skins in the Shop
- Claiming for free in the Shop
- Gaining levels in the Battlegrounds/Battlegrounds Track
