4 mana 7/7 is a term used to refer to a well-balanced, very reasonably-statted minion. 4 mana 7/7s are rarely if ever seen in play, and when they do appear tend to have a minimal impact on the match. Blizzard is widely expected to add more 4 mana 7/7s in future, specifically in order to strengthen the ailing shaman class.

Purify. You may also be looking for 
Rattling Rascal, which is 2/2 + 5/5 for 4 mana; but then again, you give them a 5/5 later, so wouldn't that just be a 2/2 in the end? Contrast 
Stone Sentinel, a 7 mana 4/4 if you play it raw.
Alternatively, you may be looking for the boss-only card 
Chromatic Drake which was added to Razorgore the Untamed's heroic deck in Blackrock Mountain in order to make it easier for players to defeat.
