The page you might have been looking for is Flamewreathed Faceless, although Eerie Statue is a much better card as it doesn't overload and combines well with Purify.
* Eerie Statue, a rare Priest card without the Overload but costs you a Silence.

* Ravenous Pterrordax, for the price of one (1) friendly minion, you have about 2% chance of turning it into a 7/7. If you're less fortunate, at least a 7/4 with Windfury is decent consolation (just pray it lasts a turn).

* Rattling Rascal, another Epic Priest card without the Overload but costs you a Silence, but instead it splits up so it can survive a shot from a Lich King.

* Hooked Reaver, a Warlock rare Taunt without the Overload & a Silence but you need to be halfway dead. Luckily, we have Lord Jaraxxus which gives you a cool new Hero Power also!

* The Darkness, a 4-mana 20/20, about as powerful as 2.8571428 Flamewreathes Facelesses (?)... But you can't even SMOrc with it until your opponent blows out 3 candles.

* Wispering Woods, with 4 mana and a fat hand, you can bring out 7/7 worth of Wisps! Hope they don't have some crazy counters to it!

* Zandalari Templar, in a show of power creep, has 1 entire Attack and Health more than the Flamewreathed Faceless, but only if you healed at least 10 Health. A trivial task if you're facing a hyper-aggressive aggro deck and have both copies of Holy Light on hand.

* Hyena Alpha, bringing in 7/7 worth of beasts across 3 minions. Just make sure you played Rat Trap earlier.

* Nozdormu the Timeless, a 4-mana 8/8 looking to laugh in Thrall's face. Just hope that your opponent is unable to make use of the 10 Mana he gives both of you so that you can go face with the sucker.

* Some more 4-cost minions can also be 7/7 after battlecries, but they are harder to realize:

** Draenei Totemcarver, gets 7/7 if in the presence of 3 friendly Totems. Never used in Odd Shaman.

** Phantom Freebooter, gets 7/7 if equipped a 4/4 weapon.

** Wicked Skeleton, gets 7/7 if 6 minions died in the turn played.

** Core Rager, gets 7/7 if played with no other cards in hand.

* Some 4-cost minions have Triggered effects so they can reach 7/7 stats, like:

** Ethereal Arcanist, 4/3/3, gains +2/+2 if you control a Secret at the end of turn.

** Grave Shambler, 4/4/4, but may eventually become a 7/7 if you dare destroying your weapon three times.

** Crowd Favorite, 4/4/4, gains +1/+1 for each Battlecry card you played.

** Daring Reporter, 4/3/3, gains +1/+1 for each card your opponent drawed.

* Some others could be said to be a 4 mana 7/7, like:

** Eternal Servitude resurrecting 7/7 minions.

** Molten Reflection replicating 7/7 minions.

** Mindgames summoning 7/7 minions (e.g., an annoying Violet Wurm in the Arena).

** Piloted Shredder with a Totem Golem riding it.

** Lotus Illusionist that transformed to Grumble, Worldshaker.

** Bronze Herald adds two 4 mana 4/4 dragons, then you play Dragon Speaker and bam, you got 7/7 Bronze Dragons ready to be played.

** EVIL Recruiter sacrifices a 1/1 Lackey on turn 4, providing 8/8 worth of stats for a net gain of 7/7.

* Sometimes we also say a minion is 4 mana 7/7 if buffed/modified cost from other cards, like a Chillwind Yeti getting buffed by an Avenge.

Alternatively, you may be looking for the boss-only card Chromatic Drake (Heroic) which was added to Razorgore the Untamed's heroic deck in Blackrock Mountain in order to make it easier for players to defeat. Even moreso with Shroomsayer in Dungeon Run. Also see Herald of Flame, a perfect fit for Warrior Rumble Run decks full of really pricey dragons and Golden Candle in The Dalaran Heist, when you need the Random Number God to spin the wheel and ruin the enemy's synergy.

<!--This page is in reference to a popular meme from around 2016. Please don't add other minions to this page. Please don't link it to other pages (especially in the strategy section) unless they directly reference the meme like F.U.S.E. in the Galakrond's Awakening Dr. Boom fight. As the number of minions grow, the number of large 4 drops will too. Not every big 4 mana minion, or even potentially big 4 mana minion, is a reference to Flamewreathed Faceless or part of the joke. Thank you.-->

4 mana 7/7 is a term used to refer to a well-balanced, very reasonably-statted minion. 4 mana 7/7s are rarely if ever seen in play, and when they do appear tend to have a minimal impact on the match. Blizzard is widely expected to add more 4 mana 7/7s in future, specifically in order to strengthen the ailing shaman class.

The page you might have been looking for is Whispers of the Old GodsFlamewreathed Faceless, although The League of ExplorersEerie Statue is a much better card as it doesn't overload and combines well with One Night in KarazhanPurify.

How many Blizzard employees do you need to fix a lamp? It does not matter, because they cannot balance the ladder.
