4 mana 7/7 is a term used to refer to a well-balanced, very reasonably-statted minion. 4 mana 7/7s are rarely if ever seen in play, and when they do appear tend to have a minimal impact on the match. Blizzard is widely expected to add more 4 mana 7/7s in future, specifically in order to strengthen the ailing shaman class.

Alternatively, you may be looking for the boss-only card Blackrock MountainChromatic Drake which was added to Blackrock MountainRazorgore the Untamed's heroic deck in Blackrock Mountain in order to make it easier for players to defeat. Even moreso with Kobolds & CatacombsShroomsayer in Dungeon Run. Also see Rastakhan's RumbleHerald of Flame, a perfect fit for Warrior Rumble Run decks full of really pricey dragons and Rise of ShadowsGolden Candle in The Dalaran Heist, when you need the Random Number God to spin the wheel and ruin the enemy's synergy.

See also: The WitchwoodLady in White, who can potentially turn other pathetic 4-drops into 7/7s (or even better!). Contrast Journey to Un'GoroStone Sentinel, a 7 mana 4/4 if you play it raw.

How many Blizzard employees do you need to fix a lightbulb? It does not matter, because they cannot balance the ladder.
